Enforcement combines human review and intelligent systems, ensuring that all users are treated fairly, regardless of their background, views, or location. Our goal is to create an open, dynamic, and secure space where a rich diversity of ideas can thrive.

We rely on both users and machine learning to identify potentially problematic content at scale. Machine learning is especially effective at detecting repetitive patterns, allowing us to flag and remove content similar to what we've previously taken down — often before it's even viewed. We also understand that the best way to remove harmful content quickly is to anticipate issues before they spread. Our Intelligence Desk monitors news, social media, and user reports to detect emerging trends in inappropriate content. The Vnesys community plays a vital role in identifying content that violates our guidelines. If you come across such content, please report it so we can review and take action if necessary.

At Vnesys, the security of your data is a top priority. We implement robust physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to prevent the loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access to your data. Technologies such as encryption, data hashing, and firewalls protect your data during transmission. Despite these efforts, no system is completely foolproof — we strongly encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Vnesys account. Please note: Vnesys is a content hosting platform, not a data storage service. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of any content you upload.

When our reviewers determine that content violates Community Guidelines, we remove it and notify the creator involved. For a first-time violation, the creator receives a warning without any immediate penalty. A second violation triggers a formal warning and temporary channel restrictions — for example, being unable to upload videos or livestreams for one week. If a creator receives three warnings within 90 days, their channel will be permanently terminated. Channels created with the intent to break the rules, or that commit a severe violation even just once, may be removed immediately without prior warning. Creators can appeal any decision they believe was made in error.

In accordance with the law, Vnesys is required to remove any clearly unlawful content as soon as we have actual knowledge of it. Any individual wishing to inform Vnesys of content protected by intellectual property rights may do so by clicking the "Report" button on each video page. A valid notification must include: the date of notification, identity of the notifier, name and address of the recipient, a description of the disputed facts and their precise location (e.g., the URL of the video), the reasons why the content should be removed, including legal grounds and factual justifications. Please note: Any incomplete notification will not be considered valid.

Any content that violates copyright may be removed from the platform. If the violation occurs through the LIVE feature, access to this functionality may also be temporarily restricted. Vnesys enforces a strict policy regarding repeat copyright violations. Users who repeatedly infringe may have their accounts permanently suspended. In severe cases, we may disable an account immediately, without prior warning. We also reserve the right to deny future account creation to individuals whose previous accounts were involved in serious policy breaches.

If you believe someone is using your copyrighted material without permission, we recommend first reaching out directly to the user to resolve the issue quickly. You can also file a copyright infringement report through our online form or via the app. Reports must comply with applicable laws, such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the U.S. or similar legislation elsewhere. Before submitting a report, please consider whether the content might qualify as a legally permitted use. Knowingly filing a false or misleading report may result in dismissal of your claim and potential legal liability.

Our community guidelines apply to all users worldwide. Since Vnesys is available in multiple countries, we have established a process to ensure compliance with local laws in every region where our platform operates.

When you use Vnesys, we may collect data such as: Personal information you have provided to us (e.g., name, age, email), either directly or through one of the third-party login methods you may have chosen. Data about the browser or internet connection you use, your device, and your activity on our platform (e.g., the videos you watch or interact with). Data from third parties (data aggregators, affiliates, business partners), if you have agreed to let them share information with us.

The main reasons we collect your data are: To provide the Vnesys Service: enabling you to watch videos, access features, and see relevant ads. To communicate with you: sending updates or news about Vnesys. To personalize the service: suggesting videos and ads based on your preferences. For security purposes: protecting users and preventing abuse. To improve the service: studying how people use the platform to enhance it. In all cases, we only collect data we are allowed or required to collect — based on a legal obligation, our legitimate interest, or your explicit consent. For example, Vnesys uses algorithms to recommend videos and ads — these tools can estimate information such as your likely age range or interests based on your activity, but it's all based on probabilities, not certainties.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: Access: Request to view the information we hold about you. Correct: Ask us to fix any incorrect information. Delete: Request deletion of certain data, subject to conditions. Limit use: Ask us to restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances. Whether it's through advertising, selling products, or fan subscriptions, you can leverage your channel and videos in multiple ways to generate income. Joining the Vnesys Partner Program is a key milestone in a creator's journey. This program allows creators to monetize their content and receive support via email. One of the main eligibility criteria is compliance with Vnesys's monetization policies, which include the community guidelines and the platform's terms of use. These rules apply to the creator's entire channel, not just specific videos. Once the application is submitted, the Vnesys moderation team reviews the channel to ensure it complies with monetization rules, content policies, and copyright regulations.

To be eligible for the Vnesys Partner Program, your channel must be in good standing with Vnesys and comply with all monetization rules. You must also reside in a country where the program is available. To apply and enjoy benefits like fan funding and Vnesys Shopping features, you must: — Have an active account and log in to Vnesys every day. — Have 500 subscribers. — Upload 2 public videos per week in the last 60 days. — Have 2500 valid watch hours on public videos in the last 2 months. All creators wishing to join the program will undergo a standard review process to verify that their channel complies with our rules and guidelines.

If you participate in the Vnesys Partner Program, you have the opportunity to share revenue generated from ads. This guide helps you identify which individual videos or Shorts on your channel are suitable for advertisers. It serves as a reference to understand our self-certification questionnaire and the specific rules that determine whether content can generate ad revenue fully, partially, or not at all. These rules apply to all parts of your content: videos, Shorts, live streams, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags. Our automated systems are not flawless — if you disagree with their decisions, you can request a manual review.

If you generate revenue on Vnesys, your content must be original and authentic. It must be your own original creations — if you borrow content from someone else, you need to significantly modify it. Your content should not be repetitive or duplicates, and must be created to entertain or educate viewers, not solely to gain views. Our reviewers may focus on the following elements of your channel: — Main theme — Most viewed videos — Most recent videos — The largest share of watch time — Metadata (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, etc.) — Channel "About" section This list is not exhaustive, and reviewers may examine other parts of your channel to ensure full compliance.

We expect creators in the Vnesys Partner Program to conduct themselves with honesty and transparency, avoiding any deceptive practices or manipulation of platform activity. Creators must not artificially inflate engagement metrics such as views, subscribers, likes, watch time, or ad impressions. Creators must not encourage genuine engagement on non-compliant content only to later remove or hide it. Such behavior may result in removal from the Partner Program or termination of channels. Additionally, creators must not engage in abusive financial practices, including using monetization features for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading transactions.
