IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCESS OR USE THE VNESYS SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Our Services are neither directed to nor intended for children or individuals under the age of 18. 14. Copyright on Vnesys

Copyright protects original works such as music, videos, and other forms of creative content.
Generally, it safeguards the unique expression of an idea (for example, the specific way a video is created), but does not cover the underlying ideas or facts themselves.
Protected Content and Copyright Compliance
On Vnesys, we do not tolerate any content that infringes on copyright laws.
Using copyrighted material owned by others without proper authorization or legal justification is a violation of our policies.
However, not all unauthorized uses are considered infringements.
In many countries, exceptions exist—such as “fair use” in the United States or “fair dealing” in the European Union—which allow limited use of copyrighted content under certain conditions.
Enforcement and Content Removal Any user content found to be in violation of copyright laws may be removed from Vnesys.
If the infringement occurs through our LIVE features, we may also temporarily restrict access to those features.
We have implemented a strict policy against repeat offenders of intellectual property violations.
This may lead to permanent removal of the offending account, especially in cases of repeated or severe breaches.
We also reserve the right to deny access to new account creation for users previously involved in serious copyright violations.
