When our reviewers determine that a piece of content violates the Community Guidelines, we remove it and notify the creator involved.
For a first-time violation, the creator receives a warning without any immediate penalty to their channel.
If the creator violates the rules again after this initial notice, a formal warning is issued, and temporary restrictions are applied to their channel—for example,
they may be unable to upload videos, livestreams, or post stories for one week.
If a creator receives three warnings within 90 days, their channel will be permanently terminated.
Channels created with the intent to break the rules or that commit a severe violation—even just once—may be removed immediately without prior warning.
If a warning is issued or a channel is terminated, creators have the option to appeal if they believe a mistake was made.

In accordance with Law, Vnesys is required to remove any clearly unlawful content as soon as we have actual knowledge of it.

You must create it with the purpose of entertaining or educating viewers, not solely to gain views. Our reviewers will check that your channel and content comply with our rules. Similarly, creators must not encourage genuine engagement on non-compliant content only to later remove or hide it.
